Professional Solar Battery Manufacturer
We manufacture lithium (LiFePO4) and lead-acid (gel, AGM) solar energy storage batteries in Zhongshan, Guangdong — and we've done nothing else since 2012.
Our factory exists to supply distributors, project contractors, and OEM/ODM partners with repeat-ready battery programs: custom voltage and capacity configurations, in-house BMS engineering, and export documentation handled before your order leaves China.
Solar Battery Product Lines for Wholesale and Project Supply
We produce across the full solar battery spectrum. Each product line below represents a distinct catalog opportunity — pick the segments that match your market, and we'll handle the manufacturing depth behind them.
Lithium Solar Battery
LiFePO4 cells with in-house BMS integration. Higher margin per unit than lead-acid, growing demand across residential and commercial storage.
If you're building a premium catalog tier, this is where the margin lives.
Solar Battery Storage
Backup, rack-mounted, battery bank, and container-scale storage configurations.
The broadest routing point for buyers serving both residential installers and commercial project developers.
Home Solar Battery Storage
Wall-mounted, off-grid, hybrid, and panel-integrated residential units. Installer and dealer programs drive repeat orders in this segment.
Homeowners don't buy once, they expand.
Solar Battery System
Complete system-oriented packages: off-grid, hybrid, stackable, RV, 3-phase, and DC-coupled configurations.
Project sellers and system integrators buy these as turnkey solutions they can quote directly to end clients.
Portable Solar Battery
Power stations, chargers, kits, and camping units. Seasonal retail channels and outdoor brands need SKU variety with manageable trial quantities.
Our 100-unit MOQ fits this model.
Solar Battery by Capacity
Source by Ah or kWh range (100Ah, 200Ah, 10kW+) when your buyers specify capacity rather than chemistry.
Simplifies your quoting process for spec-driven orders.
12V Solar Battery
The highest-volume single voltage in solar. Small systems, replacement demand, and entry-level off-grid kits keep this segment moving year-round. Steady reorder business for distributors.
24V Solar Battery
Mid-range voltage covering the gap between small residential and larger commercial. Pairs well with 24V inverter programs common in Southeast Asia and Africa.
48V Solar Battery
Higher-value storage and rack-compatible supply. Commercial projects and residential premium systems drive larger order values per unit. Your average invoice size goes up with this line.
Gel Solar Battery
Lead-acid gel and AGM options for price-sensitive markets or legacy system replacements. Lower per-unit margin but consistent volume in African and South American off-grid programs.
OEM/ODM Battery Programs Built Around Your Voltage, Capacity, and BMS Requirements
This is where we spend most of our engineering hours, and it's the reason many of our buyers stay long-term. When you need a battery pack that matches a specific inverter protocol, fits a particular enclosure dimension, or carries your brand identity from label to firmware splash screen — we build it from the cell level up, not by modifying a generic off-the-shelf module.
Our 18 engineers handle the full OEM/ODM cycle:
Cell configuration for your target voltage and capacity
BMS hardware design with your required communication protocol (RS485, CAN, Bluetooth, or proprietary)
Protection parameter programming matched to the actual cells in the pack
Enclosure design or adaptation
Production validation testing
Why in-house BMS matters: The BMS is designed and manufactured in-house — we don't buy third-party boards and hope the protection curves match your cells. A mismatched BMS is the single most common cause of premature capacity loss and field failures in solar batteries. When we control both the cell matching and the BMS firmware, your warranty exposure drops because the system behaves as a unit, not as parts bolted together.
For buyers integrating with specific hybrid inverters or energy management platforms, we adjust communication protocols to ensure clean handshake and monitoring data. We've done this for Deye, Growatt, Victron, and several proprietary EMS systems — the protocol adaptation typically adds one week to the development timeline, not months. (Most of the work is firmware-side; the hardware stays standard.)
The commercial result: you get a private-label battery line that performs like a proprietary product without funding your own R&D team or managing separate BMS and cell suppliers.

Cell Matching and Lifecycle Testing That Protect Your Warranty Margin
Solar batteries fail in the field for two main reasons: inconsistent cells within a pack, and BMS protection thresholds that don't match real-world operating conditions. We address both before your batteries leave the factory.
Automated Cell Sorting
Our automated cell sorting system groups cells by measured capacity and internal resistance — not by the supplier's printed label.

Voltage Deviation
≤5mΩ

Why This Matters for Your Business
This level of consistency means the cells age together rather than diverging after six months of cycling. For you, that translates directly into predictable warranty costs — a 500-unit batch performs uniformly, so your field failure rate stays flat rather than spiking as weaker cells drag down pack performance.
Full Lifecycle Testing Protocol
Every production batch goes through full lifecycle testing — run on production batches, not just during initial type approval. Cell supplier quality drifts seasonally, and a test that passed in March doesn't guarantee the same cells perform identically in August.
- Capacity verification
- Charge/discharge cycling
- High-temperature soak at 55°C
- Low-temperature discharge at -20°C
- Safety testing including vibration and drop
Why We Switched to Batch-Level Testing (2019)
We switched to batch-level lifecycle testing in 2019 after a cell supplier's winter production showed 3–4% lower capacity than their summer batches — same model number, same datasheet, different real-world performance. Catching that before shipment saved two distributors from field complaints. Batch-level testing catches drift before it reaches your warehouse.
100-Unit MOQ for Testing New Solar Battery SKUs
Standard models start at 100 units. We set this threshold deliberately — it's enough volume for a meaningful market test without forcing you into a container commitment on an unproven SKU. If the product moves, you scale to full container orders on the next round. If it doesn't, your exposure is limited.

OEM/ODM MOQ Depends on Complexity
For OEM/ODM configurations, MOQ depends on complexity. A branding change on an existing model stays at low volume. A custom cell configuration with new BMS firmware needs enough units to justify engineering validation — we'll quote the threshold upfront so your landed cost calculation is accurate from day one.
Focused Solar Battery Manufacturing Since 2012
We don't make panels, inverters, racking, or lighting. Every square meter of our factory, every engineer on staff, and every production line runs solar energy storage batteries — lithium and lead-acid, 12V through 48V, 50Ah residential units to rack-mounted commercial systems.
Thirteen years of doing one thing means our process knowledge compounds rather than dilutes across product categories.
Export Documentation Ready Before Your Batteries Leave China
Batteries are classified dangerous goods for international transport. Missing or incorrect UN38.3 reports, MSDS sheets, or shipping declarations mean port holds, re-inspection fees, or rejected containers.
We maintain current documentation for every standard model and generate custom reports for OEM configurations as part of the development process — not as an afterthought when your freight forwarder asks for paperwork.
Standard Documentation Package
-
UN38.3 test summary reports for every SKU
-
MSDS / SDS sheets (multi-language available)
-
Dangerous goods shipping declarations
-
Custom reports generated for OEM configurations during development
Market Registration Support
CE and IEC 62133 reports are available for your market registration files. If you're entering a market requiring additional local certification, our engineering team supports the application with test samples and technical data packages.
Manufacturing Proof Behind Repeat Solar Battery Orders
The business advantages above rest on operational capacity that's straightforward to verify.
9,900 m² Facility
6 production lines and 150 employees — lithium and lead-acid assembly run in separate zones with dedicated ventilation and QC checkpoints. Six lines mean your multi-SKU orders run simultaneously, so your container ships complete rather than in split deliveries.
2,000,000 Units / Year
Enough throughput that your repeat program doesn't compete for line time with other buyers. Reorder lead times stay consistent whether you're placing your second order or your twentieth.
18+ In-House R&D Engineers
The team behind OEM/ODM development, BMS firmware, and application engineering. Most have 8–15 years in lithium or lead-acid battery technology from the Guangdong manufacturing cluster. When you send a custom spec, the response comes from people who've built similar packs before.
Automated Cell Sorting
The operational backbone of batch consistency. Cells are grouped by measured capacity and internal resistance — within 20mV and 5mΩ — ensuring uniform aging across every pack in your order.
ISO 9001:2015, CE, IEC 62133, UN38.3, MSDS
Covering manufacturing management, product safety, transport classification, and material safety documentation. These aren't display certificates; they're the compliance infrastructure that keeps your shipments moving through customs without delays.
Market Segments You Can Build Around Solar Battery Supply
Each segment below represents a demand channel with repeat-order dynamics. We supply into all of them — the question is which ones fit your distribution model.
Residential Solar Storage Distribution
Fastest-Growing Segment
Home energy storage is the fastest-growing segment in our order book. Installers and dealers reorder quarterly as they complete projects, and homeowners who start with one wall-mounted unit often expand within 12–18 months. If you supply residential installers, this creates a predictable reorder cycle you can plan inventory around.
Explore Home Solar Battery StorageCommercial Backup & Peak-Shaving Projects
High Order Value
Larger order values per project (typically 20–100 units of 48V rack-mounted systems), longer sales cycles, but stickier relationships once you're specified into a project pipeline. Documentation and batch consistency matter here because commercial buyers audit their supply chain.
Off-Grid Solar Programs
3–5 Year Replacement Cycles
Rural electrification, weak-grid communities, and NGO-funded solar home system deployments. These programs create recurring battery replacement demand on 3–5 year cycles as initial installations age. The volumes are large and the reorder pattern is predictable once you're in the program.
Solar Battery Systems for Off-GridTelecom & Remote Infrastructure
Annual Replacement Budgets
Cell towers, weather stations, and remote monitoring equipment need reliable backup with predictable replacement schedules. Telecom operators budget for battery replacement annually — once you're an approved supplier, the reorder is automatic.
